Convenient access to shopping without using Route 12. House located on a cul-de-sac with paved path to the beach. Enjoy hanging out under the home with hammocks, swing, and ping pong. Wraparound deck provides sun and shade all day. The 900 square feet of deck allows you to bird watch and see other wildlife. Fox and deer pass through on a regular basis.
