The hotel is nice and safe in the heart of new Kingston. Staff was amazing especially Nakia. She was great throughout our 10 day stay. MY only issue is the pool. I thought it was going to be a big pool, it's not. but other than that great stay!

It was very nice everytime I call downstairs they took care of the problems. The staff was great and pleasant. I only had one problem i ask the attendant on the morning shift for an extra coffe pod for my room and she told me no. Other than that the stay was great.
