If I could give this property 0 stars, I absolutely would. After arriving into the country with our family, we emailed the host to confirm the check in details for the unit and she proceeded to cancel our reservation, just 2 mins before the official check in time. No compensation or options were provided. We had to quickly search and thankfully find somewhere to stay while in Kingston. All hotels were booked due to it being Boys & Girls Champs weekend.
