YOUR REQUIRED TO PAY A CLEANING FEE BUT WHEN I ARRIVE DAY ONE THE UNIT LOOK LIKE IT'S BEEN LOCKED UP FOR DAYS AND COULD USE SOME UPGRADES THE KITCHEN IS DECENT THE POOL IS GREEN LACK OF MAINTENANCE, SECURITY AT THE GATE IS HEPFUL THEN IVE BEEN TOLD THE NOTES I LEFT THE BANK SAID ITS TOO OLD AND WON'T ACCEPT THEM SO I SHOULD EXCHANGE THEM THEN I GET A CALL FROM THE OWNER THAT BANK ACCEPT ONE NOTE AND I NEED TO REPLACE OTHER NOTE, IT WAS ONE BIG JOKE TO ME.

The room I booked was not the room presented to me. The bathroom was disgusting with old broken vanity, walls dirty, furniture old and dirty. Also the cable service did not work in the bedrooms . Last but not least the washer/dryer did not work well either. This room was not on their site.

I didn't get to stay at the property I originally booked. I was then accomadated with another unit in (New Kingston) which I was totally pleased with. Great, Quiet gated community w/Pool. Nice place to relax the brain.

What was so unique about this property to me was like being at home but in a different astmosphere. This property was clean, quiet, safe, secure, and the people who lived there were very pleasant. This only thing that I did not like was the fact that the pool was not available for use and I was not told in advance. Overall I different will rent again in the future.
