Staff in fitness center were very helpful explaining check in process and facility amendments. Thy ran a professional and clean facility. As a Past Facility Director for the YMCA I am always analyzing facilities. Well run! Highlights to Manager Louise and friendly staff Brad, and Chloe. Look forward to our visit next year.

We arrived in our room to find stained bed sheets. We immediately called down and they were very quick to send someone up to replace them. After the porter left, i went to use the bathroom and found pee on seat, hair in toilet bowl. There was also hair in shower as it had not been cleaned either. They gave us another room but horrible first impression. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Hotel restaurant excellent but pricey.

Lots of noise , unfortunately we had an adjoining room and beside an exit door . Also , the fire exit door didnt work all of the time . The mag lock would let us out and we mentioned it to hitel staff several times and it was never fixed which could have been a life safety issue . Kids running up and down the hallway

We suppose that the weekends are the busiest time, but this past weekend we had unruly children running around, elevator mirrors with handprints and public bathrooms with toilet paper scattered around
