Acaba de aparecer el 24/6/19 después de una reciente compra y renovación. Primera vez en el mercado de alquiler. Esperamos darle la bienvenida a nuestro refugio tranquilo! Despierte y disfrute de la hermosa laguna y la vista del campo Osprey, rodeada de palmeras maduras y robles que rebosan de musgo español antes de comenzar su día en la maravillosa isla de Kiawah. Disfrute de un paseo en bicicleta fácil, de aproximadamente 5 minutos, hasta la playa, bajo los robles antiguos, por el camino de Allee of the Oaks de la original plantación Vanderhorst. Después de un día en la famosa playa de Kiawah, jugando al golf o en kayak, siéntese y relájese con la brisa en el porche cubierto. Hay una buena posibilidad de que capte una vista de la abundante vida silvestre y el cielo de la noche antes de retirarse a una noche de descanso en esta casa de cuatro habitaciones ubicada detrás de Governors Drive. The host was responsive and the accommodations were comfortable. However, we found several areas that could use improvement. We hadn't been to Kiawah before. We could have used some background info about getting around, things to do, where to eat, etc. The peeling wallpaper, dark entry and the broken shower door were distracting from the beautiful setting of the home. Since we were only there for 3 nights, we would have appreciated some basics in the kitchen: coffee, tea, etc. Need instructions for the thermostat too.

We spent an amazing 4 weeks at this home. The views were amazing, the house was spacious, and it had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time. There is a bonus bedroom above the garage that was awesome for the kids to spend some time together. It’s close to a bike path that takes you right to the beach. Highly recommend. Would stay again.

Great House and Host!

Jill was a great host, and we really enjoyed the home! Very spacious for our family of 8, open living room with a great view of the pond and golf course, we saw a lot of deer and birds. Perfect location for biking around the island. We would stay here again!

Room for the family

The space was perfect for our family, with good common areas and privacy when needed. We rented bikes and had a great time riding down to the beach.

Lovely stay in Kiawah

We loved our stay at this home. Jill was very helpful and responsive. The home is in a wonderful location and very comfortable and inviting. Our favorite was the screened-in porch! We can't wait to return!

Lovely Home

We were very pleased with this property. It was very clean, tidy and many convenient amenities. The host communicated well and was responsive to any question I had. We enjoyed the bike path and all that Kiawah has to offer.

Great House on the Lagoon

Great house for our family of 8. Kids had the best time going to the Beach. We biked around the island with the bikes provided. Grilled on the back deck and had great many dinners together. Jill was a great host and was quick to respond to any questions we had

Family Home on Kiawah Island

Family of five +1 rented this home on Kiawah Island for two weeks. Description was spot on, property was a great choice for our family, set of parents, 3 adult sons 18-23 and one girlfriend, Everyone had their own area for privacy. Close to all, bike to beach, even biked to inland charter fishing excursion off of dock at Rhetts Bluff on Kiawah and of course close to golf. Property owner was extremely responsive. Would consider renting again.

Spring break

We loved this house and will definitely be back! The house is in a great location and a quick bike ride to the beach. 4 great bikes were also provided. All of the beds are very comfortable with plenty of room for a big family! My girls especially loved the big bunk room above the garage. The owners are so nice and checked on us a few times to make sure we were enjoying our stay. They were very responsive if we ever contacted them as well. We will be back!!!

Kiawah 2023

Renovation was done well. House is nicely laid out for families with multiple aged guests as there are bedrooms on both sides of the home. Good for two small families. I did not like the location right on a main road and the driveway is laid out in a complicated way. The host was excellent in both communication and responsiveness.

Blissful!

This our 8th family visit to Kiawah Island, and we loved every minute this year. Beautiful house, great location and peaceful backyard view. The hostess, Jill, is so accommodating. The other half of our family stayed at the property across the street. It was fun for everyone, and especially nice that the cousins and grandchildren could easily go back and forth. I especially liked that the beach bike path is right there. Can’t wait for next year! This set up worked for us and we’ll all be back!

Just what we needed!

Given the COVID-19 pandemic, my family and I needed a place to get away ... even if we were going to keep working, we needed some new scenery and Osprey Breeze fit that bill perfectly. We drove up to a beautiful house with bicycles that have cheery baskets and my daughters were delighted. Walking into the house, you see the beautiful lagoon with the perfectly situated live oak that has Spanish moss hanging off of it; a beautiful site for eyes that had been fixed on the inside for months. We had everything we needed for our week stay. Comfy beds, plenty of towels, well appointed kitchen, beautiful views. The house is just .5 mile from Flyaway Drive and a great path to beach access (just a 1 mile bike ride). And, the alligator who came to be in our family pictures was fun as well as the deer, birds and squirrels kept us fascinated. The Owners were a delight ... there was an issue with the cable and they contacted the utility who came out and repaired it quickly. They were available quickly for any other questions we had. I loved sitting in the screened in porch or on the steps of the deck listening the birds, feeling the breeze, hearing the golfers on the fairway across the lagoon. We will be back!

Great house easy location

Great location right off Governors Dr Property was clean and well appointed. Our adult family of seven were all comfortable and enjoyed the great view of the 13th fairway on the Osprey Course. Would recommend and stay again.

Osprey Breeze at 177 Governors was a great location on Kiawah with a great lagoon view and more than adequate space for my family of 6. The owner made herself available and we would love to stay there again! Thanks for a great 2 weeks!

Great Layout, Wonderfully Responsive Owner

This is a well-laid out house in a perfect location. It is within the second gate (which is a plus for me) and a lovely, easy, welcome bike ride to the beach. Also easy ride to the Sanctuary Resort and its amenities. There was ample room for 7 people (ages 19 - 52) and I love that, unlike so many rentals, it wasn't just a sea of queen beds. It would be an easy house to have younger kids in as well - two of the bathrooms are accessible to all. Perhaps most importantly, the owner was responsive before and during our stay - ready to offer guidance and answer questions. It really felt like staying at a friend's house.
