Great location

Easy access to ski area and Breckenridge. Great view from the condo. We enjoyed the fireplace. Plenty of room for us. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed lincluding seasonings!! We will stay here again

Plenty of space for a family trip and centrally located to explore summit county.Would have been nice to have a few more modern “updates” like a smart tv in master bedroom and maybe a keurig or some other coffee maker, but otherwise it was perfect!

Everything was awesome about this place I come to Dillion 3-5 times a snow season and this place has been out favorite we’ve stayed in. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group of six stayed here for 3 nights and it was everything we wanted. Close distance to keystone resort, beautiful views of the snowy mountains out the back, a wood fire that we used almost the entire trip, and a shared hot tub room to relax. We had some heating issues with the master bedroom but the host got that taken care of promptly. The beds were comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. Thank you for an amazing stay.

We saw a moose from the back bedroom and followed it via widows and watched it walk down to the river. We loved being more in the trees over the village where we usually stay. We had an issue with our code not working when we got there but it was fixed in a timely manner

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great view! We spent a lot of time relaxing with on the deck on the great patio furniture, with the beautiful view. Unit was clean and nice. We've stayed at The Pines three times, in three different condos. Our kids prefer the upper condos with the vaulted ceilings and two stories, but the upper floors don't have as big of decks which we really enjoyed this time. It was also nice not having to carry luggage up stairs. The Pines is our favorite in the area and would recommend!

We also encountered a shower head breaking in the main bathroom which lead to a very lengthy fix. Other than those two small incidents everything went great!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family really enjoyed our stay. The condo is large and spacious. We had everything we needed here. The pool facility is immaculate. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues and they are very responsive. The condo was clean, the furniture and beds are comfortable, and the back patio was our favorite. We also enjoyed hiking near the stream at the back of the condo. This is our 2nd time staying with SCMR and we think it's a much better value versus staying at an AirBnb if you visit outside of ski season.

Pines #2070 squeaky floors

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The floor in the two non-master bedrooms is super squeaky. That is anyone moving in one room causes loud creaks and pops and squeaks in the floor of the other room. Noises FROM the other room are expected, but noises IN my room would wake them up when I went to bed late and would wake me up when they would get up early (which is necessary, since we share a bathroom).

Great View but so many issue's

Walked into a broken heater vent running along a big wall. Then the noise from what we think was a water heater. It was non stop moaning. The screen going out to patio was torn and when we called they fixed the heater vent but nothing else.the noise was ridiculous and having to close the door because of the screen made it hot inside so we sat outside most of the time. The porch and view were nice, beds were comfortable and kitchen well stocked.I even sent a text recording of the sounds and no commutation after that.

Great Winter Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very nice time at your condo. It was very spacious and allowed us to all gather for a pre-christmas holiday. Very easy in and out on the first floor which was great. Thanks for having a portacrib it was nice that my daughter didn't have to bring there's. Very clean and many enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The morning sunrise views were incredible. I did feel that the master tub was very hard and dangerous to get in and out of and could use some updates in the kitchen. Master bedroom was cold and those staying in the other bedrooms wished for black out blinds. It was well maintained and the manager gave good service as our coffee maker pot broke on the tile countertops and they replaced right away. I will certainly keep it as a favorite for future trips.

El servicio del checking fue horrible nos tuvieron afuera de la cabaña por 2 horas porque la cerradura no servía pero fuera de ese inconveniente estuvo genial la estancia súper recomendable
