Spring break ski trip

This condo was perfect for our family-of-four's spring break ski trip to Keystone and A-Basin! The underground parking and ski locker were super convenient. Hot tubs and pool were a huge plus after long ski days. We appreciated that three box fans and three humidifiers were available in the condo- used all of them. We had an incredible time!

Great loca & fun hottubbing w/views!

We had a great time. Spacious, cutely decorated, soft bedding, end unit so very private, in River Run village where you want to be. Would recommend!!:)

Perfect ski vacation spot

The condo at the Dakota was thw perect condo for a long weekend at Keystone. This condo had everything for 2 couples or small family for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had everything you need gor light cooking. The location is steps away from the base of Keystone, private parking and a lovely pool/hot tub for relaxlng. It was a great ski weekend

The pool area and hot tub were nice. The parking check-in process was a little complicated. But now that I know the answer process it will be easier . We had a lot of fun in Colorado

Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay at Dakota Lodge! The condo was the perfect size for our family of four. The kitchen was well stocked with needed items. We loved having the pool & hit tubs right out the back door of the building. The oarking garage was so great, allowing for us to not have to clean off our vehicle. There is so much to do right in the resort area! If you're looking to stay in Keystone, look no further!

The condo had everything we needed, all the comforts of home, and because the ski resort had lots of dining and grocery options we never needed to drive anywhere once we arrived. We would definitely stay again!

Great stay for the Wine & Jazz fest

The only issue we had was w the remotes. They probably need to be labeled since it was really hard to get the TVs to work. Other than that everything was GREAT !!

Good Stay - insanely slow elevator

SLOW elevator - use the stairs and get your workout on. We liked the room and location. There were a few outlets that didn't hold the plugs in. The property manager immediately offered to send maintenance up, but we made it work using some other outlets in the house. The heat made the room too warm for our comfort, but an open window takes care of that. There were a few screens on the windows that were hanging off as well. Items have been relayed to the property manager. Overall it was a good stay.

Great location, as advertised accommodations. Would stay there again. It seems like it’s getting more difficult to reserve a VRBO. The registration process online involved initials and signatures on forms. All time critical and the first time I’ve encountered this. Probably due to the property management company. The young folks actually working in the office did a great job. Answered the phone promptly, took care of any issues. Thanks for that!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and views were wonderful.There was a funky smell in the kitchen. The dishwasher did not work and had stagnant water in it. The cabinet under the kitchen sink smelled the same (leak). The master bedroom vanity sink separated from the conter top. The management company was made aware of all concerns directly.

Location good. Condo not so good.

The location of this condo is excellent. The building itself was very nice and the pool/hot tubs were a big hit. The sauna was broke however. Inside the unit itself was a different story. The master bath sink did not drain water so we sat with water in the sink all week. The couch had stains on it, remotes for the tv in the living room did not work, pieces from the board games were missing. We could not watch tv or movies I’m the living room which was very frustrating. I called the management company to report the items needing attention and the response was “we already have a work order put in for these” well, nobody came by all week to fix anything or called me to schedule a time or anything. Master bath shower held water, toilets were loose, dishes were dirty. The beds were very comfortable but the housekeeping needs a change. Overall we had a great time skiing but inside the condo we felt neglected when nothing was addressed. We will return to keystone and river run but will be staying in a different unit.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It would be a 5-star experience if the below points didn't exist. Overall we liked it here and will consider the same Lodge (but different room) next season.1. The room (especially the master bedroom) was VERY NOISY at night! There were cracks and squeaks all over the walls and inside the heating radiators as well the noise from the stairwell that has common wall with the condo, by people constantly slamming the iron gate on the 1st floor. We couldn’t sleep well and were not feeling rested in the mornings because of that. If it was made clear that the room is adjacent to the stairwell and noisy at night - I wouldn’t even consider it for the price I paid. My rule is to never book rooms that are close to elevators, restrooms, laundries and stairwells.2. There was no way to recycle the glass on the property - the recycling dumpsters say “no glass”. I’m not a big fan of polluting the environment and had to get the glass bottles back home which is a hassle. I understand that is not necessarily related to the property I rented but may be can be brought up to the Keystone resort management.
