Our second year staying at Jackpine. We have young kids and we love how easy it is to get to everything in the village and to the slopes.

This condo is in the perfect location to the slopes. I would stay here every year if I could. You are maybe 3 mins from the gondola and can see it out the window. It was very comfortable and perfectly located. You cant go wrong with this place.

Yes, I tried to contact the people prior to our arrival for a possible early check in and a second spot to park. I heard nothing back. This property was advertised as having a balcony and is one of the reasons why we selected this property over others. No balcony. Also the listing indicated that there was a view of the Gondola. There was but out 2 bedroom windows and nothing else. It was in a good location but these items should be clearer and accurate in the listing.

Great place for our family

Beautiful property, all the amenities you need. Steps away from the gondola, restaurants, bars. Three sets of adults - so comfortable.

Great location and unit. Problems with mgmt co and elevator use

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was great. The location was great! The elevator was broken and our unit was on the 4th floor. I was unable and fearful to leave the unit for the 1st 24 hours of our stay. I barely made it up when we arrived due to health concerns and missed out on the first full day with my family. I contacted the rental company and they said they would make a refund for the inconvenience, but I never received compensation or further contact.

Keystone ski trip

The whole fam agrees our stay at Jackpine was the best facility we’ve stayed at for our ski trips. Step out of the condo with about 100 yards to the gondola. 4th floor was the best.

Amazing!

The property is in an excellent location, the kids could walk to the gondola in 5 mins. It was clean and had everything we needed. Will rent again! The light under the oven hood needs to be replaced other then that everything else was perfect! We had an amazing time there. Very cozy and loved the deco!

Close to ski lifts!

We were overall happy with property. Close to lifts, shops and restaurants. The place is showing its age a bit. From windows to wood finish to toilets. But all was clean and functional. Beds are very soft as others have mentioned. We would stay at this unit again.

The location is steps from the gondola and in a perfect spot for skiing in to rest or for lunch. It is an older condo but pretty well maintained. We would definitely stay here again.

River run

The area is wonderful. We would have enjoyed our stay more if the construction that was going on in the building wasn’t so loud. Also it went until evening hours while we were there. We were not told about the construction of the building prior to staying. They should have stated it in there listing, or contacted me about it.

It is steps to the gondalas and lifts and is located right in the keystone village with rental shops and restaurants. We would absolutely stay again! Only complaint is the master bedroom had an awful mattress pad on top that collapsed into the middle...after the first night we just removed it entirely and the mattress underneath was much much better.

They even had pump hand soap in the bathrooms which is amazing!! (I hate bar soap in bathrooms). There was a free washer and dryer to use on the 4th floor as well. We would definitely come back and stay here.

The condo was spacious and well appointed. The location was great. Our issue was the first day checking in. There was no running water in the bathrooms. We were unable to shower after a long day of travel. We called the mgt company and he said he would call the building. We Never heard back. Had to call and text 3 times. The next day, the water finally worked late morning and the only communication was an auto text from the mgt company not related. Nice apartment but that was a big issue that should have been resolved the night we checked in.
