40th bday party

This place has it all. 3 different levels so kids slept downstairs and had their own privacy. They had bikes and kayaks and this place was right in front of the lagoon plus a pool. Location is close to eateries and to get groceries. We loved it here only downside to this house it is a little unfriendly for older knees with the steps. Would definitely book again, area is great! The host kept in contact also as there were fires at the time. Loved it!

Quick Key Largo Getaway

The location was conveniently located to all we wanted to see. The gated community check-in was quick and pleasant. The host was readily available to answer our questions. The beds were comfortable. If I had to change anything, the curtains in the bedroom toward the pool were a bit to see through to me. Sunset on the jetty is worth the walk.

Nice but noisy

The condo was nice, but the neighbors were very noisy until early in the morning. Loud music and tv. Close to the water. There were dark hairs and small bugs in one of the beds.

Great Night Away

My family and I evacuated for Milton and we stayed at this amazing property. It was clean and well appointed. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. The host was great at communicating and was very accomidating to a small change. We would love to come back and stay at this property longer.

Our stay was great and the amenities were fantastic. The home was perfect for our 2 families of 4. Only suggestion for improving would be to provide an outlet for charging an electric car at this location or on property.

Great Stay

Beautiful, clean property in a quiet and safe neighborhood. The only thing worth mentioning is that the pool hours are dawn to dusk. I did not see that listed. That made closing time pretty early this time of year.

Absolutely Wonderful

This place is advertised perfectly. The unit is steps from the pool and lagoon. It was pristine clean, well appointed and well air conditioned. Beautiful location. Safe area. The area in general is the perfect location for the Upper Keys. We were minutes away from everything that we wanted to do. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Very pretty, well stocked, perfect for a weekend getaway!

Plenty of room! Kitchen was great.’ And the place was very clean. I gave it 4stars because the listing states you can have 2 cars, boats and trailers welcome. We showed up with 2 cars and 2 trailers (total of 3 Jetskis) we were unable to keep both trailers in the property. Demise was wonderful in coming up with a solution (she has other properties just up the street). We were able to keep our second trailer at her other property less than 2 mins away. Oh and you must show proof of insurance for all watercrafts or they will not allow you on the property. This was not an issue for us but could be if you choose not to insure your Jetski or boat. All in all it worked out but was definitely a little frustrating at first.

We stayed here for a weekend family get away, it’s the second year we’ve stayed at this exact location. My family enjoyed every moment of this house an location. It has everything you need, We already planning next year vacation. This is become our new family reunion location.

Great stay at a great property!

This was a very pleasant stay all around. The property, the manager were both excellent. Also, many extra details were tended to before we arrived that made our stay all the better. Once example is a bag of fresh ice in the freezer for us. Also, clean towels, extra pillows and blankets, and too many others to mention. I would stay at this property again and again.

Wonderful hidden location

I was there with 3 other friends and we had a perfect location! J3 was right next to the pool and we just had to walk down the stairs and we were poolside! We were also walking distance to several good bars and restaurants. The condo was excellent but the stairs to the second floor (kitchen and living room) and 3rd floor (2 BRs) were steep and my friend with a bad knee was stuck on the bottom floor, which had its own BR, bath and living room.

Really nice house. The Keys, though, were not what I expected

The house is amazing, the host is responsive and nice. What I did not like was the Keys. I was expecting beaches, I even had asked the host about a beach to watch the sunrise nearby and after checking in, I was told "oh, didn't you know? there are no beaches here", had I known that, I would not have gone there, Key Largo in general was not what I expected. The house, however, is really nice, very clean, well stocked and in a nice resort, it just was not what we had hoped for.
