"Great location near coffe, food, shopping and activities. The hotel was super clean and had a bright and modern look and feel. The rooms were clean but was slightly on the small side for two queen beds. The front desk staff was not attending their station. I had to ring the bell to get some help. The lady was warm and welcoming and was a ble to check me in with ease. There's a decent size indoor swimming pool but it would've been nicer if a jacuzzi hot tub accompanied it. The free continental breakfast had a decent spread so that was a plus. Overall my stay with my family was great. I'd most likely stay here again if I venture to the tri-cities."
