A perfect getaway!

This property was perfect for my family of 5 adults to stay in for a weekend while in town for a wedding. An easy 2 minute car ride to town, a very clean and orderly house on a beautiful property. Pat and Steve were easily accessible and very kind in welcoming us to their home. Would definitely recommend!

Fun in Kennebunkport

House was perfect for our group of 4 adults and an active 16 month old. Very clean and beautiful outdoors areas including quiet and private patio. Land around us was full of trees starting to color for Fall and we had wild turkey visitors a number of times. Pat our contact couldn't have been nicer. We were able to relax and enjoy exploring the area. Check in and out super convenient. Extra care was made to make it toddler safe including provided pack and play, highchair and toys. Would highly recommend.

Kennebunk Experience

The property was immaculate and easy to find. Wonderful grounds for our grandson to run and play. It is close to KennebunkPort. Patricia is a great host and stock's the property with about everything you can think of. I would definitely recommend this property.

Great stay in Kennebunk

Stayed for four nights at this clean, well-equipped property within walking distance to town. Property owners were thoughtful and provided everything needed for a great stay, including beach supplies! Enjoyed the nearby beaches and sights and the patio/yard at this property. Great location!

Beautiful and Spotless

This rental was honestly one of my favorites we have ever stayed in, and we travel quite a bit. Pat and Steve were incredible hosts, not only with spotless (not a smudge on a wall, not a weed in the garden), fully stocked accommodations but a wealth of information as far as things to do, recommendations, etc. The 100 year old farmhouse has been remodeled with marble bathrooms, comfortable beds, excellent water pressure, perfect towels, etc. If you stay here, make sure and have Steve tell you the history of the place and all the work and love he has poured into the property. It’s fun to hear of the blacksmith shop in the back, the converted barn and of course all the renovations he did to the house. There was plenty of room for our 3 teenagers to have their own space, and a washer and dryer to do a couple of loads of laundry before our Boston leg of the trip. There were 2 bikes to borrow, amazing back porch with fire pit complete with a grill to cook fish caught or bought from the recommended fish market. We had tuna, swordfish and cod from Three Seas Seafood Market. Try Brix and Brine in neighboring Wells, Marginal Walk for a little exercise, or even kayaking, and of course deep sea fishing or a whale cruise! Overall, an AMAZING trip! I would go back to Maine, just to stay with Steve and Pat at their property!

Wonderful, clean home with easy access to all

Adorable home, perfect size for four friends for a long weekend. Extremely clean and well organized. Had everything we needed - stocked kitchen, great towels and linens, comfortable beds. Host was very kind and generous with our check out timing. Appreciated the laundry on the second floor. Nice bathrooms - full bathroom on each floor. Neighborhood is lovely to take walks around. Kennebunk and Kennebunkport easily accessible by foot (15 mins). Loved having dinners at the great restaurants and breweries in town. Excellent home rental.

Charming Home!

We chose this very clean, very comfortable home for our girls' trip. There was plenty of room for all 3 of us to spread out and the home is tastefully decorated! The neighborhood is lovely and the property is located so close to the town of Kennebunkport. Pat is a such a kind and communicative host!

Loved this property. Hosts close by, but not intrusive at all. House was very clean & comfortable. Well equipped kitchen & bathrooms. Air in each bedroom & living area. Spacious clean house in great location

Wonderful property

We had a wonderful stay in Kennebunkport. The location of the house is so close to to town and the beach. Pat and Steve were great and even gave us blueberries from their backyard. It was amazing to have the back porch to have wine and a fire after we put our toddler to sleep. We wish we would’ve stayed longer.

An excellent getaway in Maine

We had a fantastic time exploring Maine from this house, and the hosts were great, too. We had everything we needed and very clear instructions on check-in/check-out and where to find everything. The house was very clean and had all the amenities we were looking for. Relaxing on Gooch's Beach was one of our best days of vacation!

Spending Time with Grandson

The house was perfect. Our kids and grandson had the upstairs and my husband and I were downstairs. The owners provided us with a high chair and pack n play. The kitchen was equipped with everything that we needed. The house was in a quiet neighborhood and minutes from the beach. We spent every night on the porch with the smokeless firepit. It is a place that I really fell our family will use again. The house was clean and very comfortable.

Comfortable and clean

Thoroughly enjoyed our weekend get together to celebrate the New Year! The home is in great condition, comfortable and clean and had all amenities we needed. Motorcycle weekend with 2 couples

My wife, her sister and my brother and law stayed at the house for a weekend, We came on our motorcycles with the intent to do some rides along the ocean and walk into Keenebunkport for dinners. The host invited us to keep our motorcycles in his barn which was very kind. The house was clean and comfortable and overall as expected. The home is a very cool old farmhouse on a very quiet road less than a mile walk into Kennebunkport downtown. There is a beautiful patio and an overall great set up. Everything went terrific. We walked into town both nights and enjoyed all Kennebunkport has to offer. We will definitely be looking to stay here again.
