An excellent Hotel in Kelowna

We stayed overnight during our tour through the Canadian Rockies. It is a very comfortable and good hotel. I had bad experience with Wyndham in the past and used this one after a long time. It has changed my mind about this chain. The only recommendation is to have better quality towels !

Front desk and restaurant staff were wonderful. Room was comfortable. Parking lot was large and had easy access to room. Loved the pet friendly option and that we were given a lower floor, with easy access to outside for the dog. Would definitely stay again.

The property was conveniently located close to amenities such as shopping and restaurants. The rooms were lean and spacious. The property was starting to look a little dated. Our room on the second floor was also up a few stairs that did not allow us to pull our luggage truly to our room , which was frustrating.

From the moment we checked in, it was clear this hotel had no interest in making a good impression. Our first room had carpeting so stained and questionable, it looked like a wild frat party was just there. We immediately requested a different room, only to find the second one marginally better. There were six of us in the room — yet only two plastic cups and one travel-sized bottle of shampoo. I may not run a hotel, but I do know that basic amenities for paying guests shouldn’t feel like a game of Survivor. As a final insult, when we took the kids to the pool, there were no towels available. We asked the front desk, who kindly assured us someone would bring them. Twenty minutes later, still dripping and towel-less, we had to drag our soaking wet (and shivering) children back through the hotel. To sum it up: if you enjoy low standards, empty promises, and a touch of mild hypothermia — this is the place for you.
