We had an issue with car break in but the management did address our concerns and we appreciated that. My suggestion would be to park in front to ensure no issues but their security has stepped up since then.

Not good.

Our stay was less than average. The pull out couch was broken so wasn’t very comfortable to sleep on. We were there for 5 nights. We had 3 adults, a 12 year old and a toddler. The room had a loft with a queen bed( which was lovely) and a queen bed and a couch pullout in the main area. I was surprised to find out that there was no microwave in the room. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. Nice pool. The attached restaurant was closed for breakfast while we were there which was annoying since the hotel website said there was a restaurant onsite.One evening when we returned the entrance to our section of the hotel was blocked by a group of people who had the door propped open with a towel and were smoking who knows what. Their belongings were strewn everywhere around the sidewalk and inside the doors. Our children had to walk past them with them carrying on. Would not stay there again.

The hotel is a little dated. The room was clean. There's no Smitty's restaurant, so breakfast. You will have to go out across the road to denny's or another breakfast place in town

Cleanliness needs work

Cleanliness was a definite issue for us. I was horrified when I went into the shower the first morning to find handfuls of long black hair stuck to the side and back walls of the shower. It was obviously left there by the previous occupant which made me question if the tub and shower were even cleaned. After reporting the issue the front desk staff did have housecleaning clean the entire bathroom, but it still left an unpleasant ick feeling about the overall cleanliness of the hotel. The water pressure in the shower was poor and the showerhead needed a good clean as a small stream of water was shooting out the side into the bathroom if you didn't have the shower curtain closed tightly against the wall. The water temperature gauge in the shower was so sensitive that turning the gauge a fraction in either direction resulted in a drastic change in temperature. Your choices were cold, moderately warm or scalding hot. The rest of the room seemed clean. The hotel itself is centrally located across the street from the shopping mall and close to lots of restaurants. Just a short drive away from the waterfront with ample parking. The front desk staff were polite and check-in and check-out were quick and easy. Hopefully the shower hair issue was a one-off, but because of that I would not be staying there again.
