Excellent hotel with good restaurants & cozy spa!

Very high standards, excellent service and perfectly located in the city center if you drive (paid parking) is around the corner and if you come by train about 200 meters from the train station and close to the Central Square for acces to several buses! Nearby the river for a nice walk and at walking distance from several nice restaurants. ZanziBar is higly recommended! The most expensive alternative for accommodation in Karlstad but worth it though! Their restaurant on the first floor has excellent food with an open air section and a closed one if you visit during winter!!!

Helt topp. Lekkert hotell med hyggelig personale i alle avdelinger vi testet (resepsjon, renhold, restaurant, bar og spa). Følte oss veldig godt ivaretatt uten at det ble pågående. Restaurant og bar på hotellet av god kvalitet. Kunnskapsrike ansatte i restauranten. Digg at man har alle fasiliteter på ett sted så man i prinsippet kan bli inne på hotellet en hel helg. Spa-området var rent og delikat med godt utvalg av bad og badstuer. Sentral beliggenhet. Parkeringshus noen få skritt unna.

Helg i Karlstad

Två nätter på hotellet, inklusive inträde till spa samt inklusive frukost. Fruksoten var väldigt bra med stort utbud. Restaurangen vi besökte på hotellet var också trevlig och hade bra mat. Personal i receptionen och vid frukost var mycket trevliga och glada. Spa, lite mindre men bra kombination av upplevelser.
