Everyone of the staff here were friendly and helpful. The meals are very good and there is a good variety of thing to eat for vegetarians and even a gluten free area. Sauna was very nice. There are places to relax.

Historic hotel with super friendly staff

All of the staff were super friendly and went out of their way to make our stay special. Felt us though we were staying in a family run hotel not a corporate chain due to the great service we received. Bed very comfortable. Only constructive feedback is the WiFi was a bit patchy in the room.

Vi havde et rigtig dejligt ophold. Super søde og hjælpsomme personale. Lækkert morgenbord, frisk mad og fin opfyldning. Lækker aftensmad, frisk og indbydende. Dejlig forskellige salater.

Delas ut öronproppar i receptionen.

Bra hotell centralt i Karlstad. I övrigt bra.
