Discover the fascinating charm of the Baltic Sea: Located directly on the waterfront, 77 light-flooded square metres of pure relaxation await you. This 3-room holiday apartment offers enough space for up to 6 people. You can enjoy a unique view of the Baltic Sea from almost every room.
The two bedrooms offer breathtaking sea views and are each furnished with a double bed. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Should the weather take a turn for the Nordic side, each bedroom also has its own Smart TV for entertainment. The cosy sofa in the living area can sleep two more people - perfect for a holiday with the whole family.
Adjacent to the living area is the open-plan, fully equipped kitchen and another bathroom.
The highlight of the apartment is the large roof terrace with panoramic sea views. Thanks to its south-west orientation, you can soak up the sun all day long, watch the harbour cinema and end the day with a glass of wine.
The penthouse is easily accessible by lift. The underground car park has its own parking space and a bicycle cellar. There is also a communal laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
An exclusive pool and wellness area awaits guests in the neighbouring building of the complex, which can of course be used free of charge.
