Luxury holiday apartment on the quay with whirlpool, wellness sauna and dream view of the loop, the marina and the Baltic Sea. Our lovingly furnished apartment with 2 bedrooms is located in the immediate waterfront at the quay of the new Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz, probably the most beautiful place on the Baltic Sea. The houses stand on stilts directly in the harbor basin.
Surrounded by water, the high-quality apartment offers you a spacious and light-flooded living / dining area. Due to the unobstructed location and the floor-to-ceiling windows, you can enjoy a unique panorama with a view of the Baltic Sea, the port of Olpenitz and the Schlei.
The apartment offers you an open living, dining and cooking area with everything your holiday heart desires. From the entrance area you step into the light-flooded apartment where couch and TV, pull-out dining table and comfortable swivel chairs as well as terrace and water view are waiting for you.
In the first-class kitchen you can prepare regional specialties yourself and spoil yourself with culinary delights. Alternative to the stove or You can also use our hob with our electric weaver grill.
The back-friendly mattresses in both bedrooms ensure a good night's sleep and relaxation from everyday life. The rooms face north and offer a wonderful view of the loop and the passing sailing ships, equipped with a double bed 180 x 200 or 2 single beds 90 x 200, which can be put together if necessary.
In addition to the usual utensils, the exclusive bathroom is also equipped with a whirlpool tub and an infrared sauna. Hair dryer and magnifying mirror are also available.
With an occupancy of 5 people, the comfortable sofa bed in the living room is used, which not only offers a good night's sleep, but also an oasis of wellbeing for relaxing and reading.

The terrace on the south side is provided with wooden planks, only a narrow strip of lawn separates you from the water. There are 2 comfortable sun loungers available for sunbathing, as well as a spacious table with 6 armchairs.

You can park your car in front of the house, bicycles can be stored in the lockable storage room.

The Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz is created in one of the most beautiful holiday regions in Germany: in the north-east of Schleswig-Holstein near Kappeln, directly between the mouth of the Schleim and the Baltic Sea.
On the more than 150 hectare area of the former naval base in Olpenitz, a new, unique holiday resort is being built, which impresses with its variety of holiday homes and properties close to the Baltic Sea.

On the north breakwater we have our own private beach for guests in the Baltic Sea resort. There is enough space for lying, playing and bathing for young and old.
The new EDEKA store also offers a bakery and a catering area with a view of the harbor basin.
The company "Fahrrad Schmidt" supports you and your family on site for extensive tours by bike. In the southern part of the Baltic Sea resort there is an adventure golf course on an area of 2,800 square meters. Enjoy beautiful walks along the harbor promenade and take a look at the small shops in the Klabautermann house.
There is also fresh fish straight from the cutter, traditional sailing ships, canoe and boat rentals, optimist sailing courses from the Globetrotter Academy and, of course, spectacular harbor cinema.
The immediate proximity to the Weidefeld beach is approx. 3 km away (incl. Dog beach, restaurant, beach chair rental, kiosk, DLRG surveillance in summer) complete the holiday offer.
The nearest town Kappeln is a recognized Baltic Sea pub and climatic health resort with approx.10,000 inhabitants, which offers many tourist offers for sailors and beach holidaymakers. Kappeln, with its many sights, restaurants, shops and the cozy fishing harbor is only about 5 minutes away by car.
Experience a ride on the Schleiraddampfer "Schleiprincess" from the Kappelner harbor to the Schleimünde lighthouse or take a bike tour along the many beautiful bike paths along the Schlei and the Baltic Sea. Enjoy the unique natural landscape or relax on the terrace at sunrise and sunset.

House Rules / Prices:
The prices are given per object / night with an occupancy up to max. 5 guests.
Pets are welcome and will be charged 8.00 euros / night. A laundry package consisting of bed linen and towels can be booked for EUR 20.00 per person. The use of electricity, water and heating as well as the final cleaning are included in the additional flat rate of 80.00 euros. The deposit of 200.00 euros is due with the remaining payment by bank transfer to our account. If the delivery is made properly on the day of departure, the deposit will be transferred back within 5 working days. All prices include 7% VAT.
