This property does have a basement studio, so although noise cancellation precautions are in place, some minor noise is expected from downstairs tenants.
They have their own separate entrance through the back entrance of the house, so you won’t see them coming and going.
This setup is designed so it doesn’t interfere with your stay at all — the entire main house, driveway and deck are yours to enjoy exclusively during your reservation. You’ll have full privacy and access to everything listed.
