The rooms were very nice, clean and modern. The breakfast was not what we expected. It wasn't the best. Food wasn't restocked, and had to ask for plates, milk, etc. Tables weren't cleaned off in the dining areas - people left their cups, plates at tables instead of putting them in the area designed for this, but 3 staff members just stood at the front desk and did not clean this up so there were places to sit.

One of the best hotels I stayed , staff was very nice! All of them! Breakfast ws great and I loved the plant based shampoo, body wash and hand wash they had, very modern and new hotel, I want to go back to KC just to get to stay a few more days in that awesome place

My girlfriend and I came into KC from Denver for a concert and stayed here 4/11-4/13. Building is brand new and one of those that were put together real quick and cheap. Bed was eh. To be honest - the only reason I stayed here was for the breakfast. So many reviews claimed it was great and pics looked good so we wanted to stay here to save money on breakfast. Ended up having to go out both mornings because how constant all food kept running out and how bad the staff were. It was the same staff woman each morning (20 - something girl with a crazy sense of entitlement). One morning she sat down at one of the breakfast tables while all food was empty and the area was trashed. She looked at the other staff person and said “we should get housekeeping down to clean” and went back on her phone. I asked about more food and all she said was “it’s coming”. I went back up the room, showered and came down with my gf 25 minutes later (835am), Breakfast area didn’t change a bit. Was overall very disappointed by the arrogant staff and lack of breakfast, especially when so many reviews had great breakfast comments and this hotel highlights a free hot breakfast as part of its “amenities”. There’s a dozen other hotels around this one. Stay at one of those instead.

Great location and staff. Super loud.

Location is great. Staff was wonderful. Building is new and clean. Super loud environment - doors slam unless you try to stop it, can hear people walking above you, so it was loud all night. Kids running around. No sound proofing.
