This is a great place to stay. The room was very clean, Bed is very comfortable memory foam bed, host responded immediately to my questions. The property is upstairs. As long as you are stable enough to climb stairs you will love this place. Also has a small balcony. Very nice place. Will stay there again

Great Place to Stay

I really enjoyed the Suite. I am a minimalist so there was no need for a full kitchen for me. I brought a 2 burner stove to cook dinner and then used the microwave. That would probably be the only thing keeping people from as long of I stay that I did. Dan was amazing to work with and jumped on top of any requests I had about the place.

When we first arrived the door code did not work. I conacted the host and it was resolved in a few minutes. The room was clean and ready for us. While the air conditioner worked fine for us (especially with the overhead fan), it did seem to struggle a little bit as the unit appears older and is probably getting close to it's useful life. However, it was fine and definitley not anything to complain about-just a note. A few other things to keep in mind, Bring your own soap, shampoo etc.- they are not provided-other than a few small bars by the sink for hand washing. To get to the unit you must ascend about 15 stairs so if you have difficultly climbing stairs you should keep this in mind. The unit is right downtown and parking was right on street. The unit is close to everything in Kanab so there is no problem walking to restaurants, shops, etc. The area is safe and very quiet as well. When we return, we will stay here again. The host was great and the room was just what we were looking for-- an affordable clean place to sleep and rest up for our Kanab adventures!
