Room was very clean and the staff were all very friendly. Location was close to numerous restaurants and there were multiple stores nearby also.

So hot in the room, air conditioner was broken. When I tried to call front desk phone was not working, had to go down to lobby. Attendant said that she knew the air was broken in our room and couldn’t believe they put us in it in the first place. Moved rooms and it was a downgrade (instead of king bed it was two queen. Instead of walk in shower it was a step in tub shower) Will not recommend this hotel

The address took us to a corn field. We kept driving to turn around in a strip mall and the hotel was across from the strip mall. Located behind Hampton Inn. Sign for Holiday Inn is very hidden.

My best friend feel getting out of her rental car, the workers seen this and no one offered help as she was getting herself up, b they just stood and continued smoking their cigarettes
