880 sqft, 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo with full stocked kitchen. Vibrant ambiance with large lanai, overlooking sparkling community pool and offering picturesque ocean view.

Located at the edge of downtown Kona, you are minutes from restaurants and shopping of the famous Alii Drive. Walk to Honl's Beach or get in the car and explore one of the many beaches of Kona coast. We provide boogie boards, snorkel gears, and beach towels.

There is a king-sized bed in the bedroom and a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room. In the bedroom, there is a dedicated work space equipped with an adjustable height desk and office chair. Both full bathrooms have tub/shower combo, vanity, and stocked with towels and toiletries.

The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes and small appliances including microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and rice cooker. Washer and dryer combo with laundry detergent and dryer sheet supplied.

Reserved parking with elevators to the 3rd-floor unit.
