5 Star Vacation Rental - A must stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family had an amazing time at Gigi’s Retreat from hours spent poolside, convenient access to the beach, and the private grass lawn (perfect for throwing a ball around). The house has just the perfect decor and amenities for small to large families. We will be sure to reserve Gigi’s Retreat on our next trip to Oahu. Also, Steven (the property manager) was very hospitable and responsive to any questions during our stay.

Very clean beach house, great location, very nice contact with the rental company, very safe and much more. Overall we felt very comfortable and would come back anytime.

Perfect spot

Our family of adults and teens had a lovely week at Gigi’s Retreat. The property is perfect for long, lazy days and also situated close enough to anything you’d want to do or need. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Beautiful house! The location was perfect for traveling with young adults/teenagers and my MIL who is 81. Great shops and places to eat close by and the walk across the yard to the beach....amazing! The home is well immaculate and cozy , pool was amazing and the landscaping inspiring. I would not hesitate to stay at this home again when visiting beautiful Oahu. You want to go out and explore (we did!) but you also can't wait to get home again and relax!

Everything about this property was top notch. The yard was beautiful and very big for being right in the beach. The views of the ocean and neighboring mountains were incredible. The communication with the property manager was prompt and succinct. The only thing I could critique was that we had some trouble with the a/c not working in a couple of the rooms, but the property manager was on it quickly and had repair people out fast. All in all it was such a pleasant stay and we will definitely be back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: would have given this property a full five rating on everything were it not for the airconditioning in one of the bedrooms not working from the beginning of our stay. The management moved quickly to fix but needed to order a part so we were without airco in this bedroom for the first half of our stay. It was something that should have been tested and known before our arrival. That said we loved everything else about the place as well as the management.

Amazing House

Heavenly stay

The property is exactly as pictured and advertised. Wonderful oceanfront location with an immense yard and private pool. Steven, the property manager, was quick to respond to any questions and provided excellent service. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of beach towels for enjoying the ocean or pool. The owners obviously take great pride in this home as they should. It's a beautiful home in an amazing location. Close to town and all that Kailua has to offer.

It was away from the crowds of Honolulu, but close enough for us to drive there and other places on the the island. But the highlight was the property. Highly recommended.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We happened upon this place by luck. Stayed for 4 nights and decided we HAD to come back. We did, 7 days later with the whole family. We stayed for 10 proper days and are now counting and contemplating how soon we can return. It's THAT wonderful. The pictures are great - but don't come close to telling the WHOLE story. It must be experienced. You will wont for nothing. It's ALL here. I'm pretty sure we were all teary eyed as we left for the airport. Our new BEST PLACE EVER.

Sunrise on the beach

Reviewer Comments: The pictures say it all: the yard and beach access can't be beat. Loved sleeping in a very comfy bed with the windows open to the sound of the surf, then getting up at dawn for walks on the beach for the scenic sunrise and the brightest double rainbow I've ever seen.Inside, the house is very spacious, and the kitchen has high end pots and pans, an induction stove, a Vitamix blender, a Zojirushi rice cooker.... Only nit was that the washer had mildew, which is not a surprising for a front-loader used by renters in humid area. However, the sheets etc. must have been washed elsewhere because they had no mildew smell.
