Farm-based gîte in little hamlet, in part of renovated building adjoining owners', farmers, house. Peaceful countryside setting, no buildings directly opposite. Accessed via private entrance hall on the ground floor (stairs leading to the 1st floor). 1st floor: corridor opening onto every rooms, living room with kitchen area / lounge area (double sofa bed) / dining area. 1 bedroom (2 single beds). Shower room. WC. Outdoors: gravelled courtyard, garden furniture, parking. Shared play area (climbing frame, swing, toboggan, wooden hut, sandpit). Loan of baby equipment (cot, highchair). On-site: private fishing lake (500 sq.m., fishing possibilities). This accommodation is located near GR7 (long-distance hiking path), Tarare & Roanne motorway exits and "Lac des Sapins" (ecological swimming lake).

Situer dans un petit village , dans un trés beau cadre de verdure et de calme entourer d'animaux de la ferme . Si vous avez besoin de vous mettre au vert je vous le recommande . Les propriétaires trés acceuillant . Endroit que je retournerais
