First room that was given to us, toom 225, had a busted AC unit. Went back to the front desk and was promptly given a different room. 115. Only complaint was kids jumping and running on the floor above us. Continued through 1am. Went to front desk to complain and ask if they could make them stop, but no one was at the front desk. Waited 10 minutes and no one ever came up. I have stayed here many, many times over the past year and this was the only bad experience I have had. It still wont deter me from staying here again. Great staff, clean and nice motel, and great location.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, but the room was a little dated. Blackout curtain hanging off rail, which meant the flood light outside the building was lighting up inside my room. The bedside reading light didn't work and the carpet was worn. The complimentary tea/coffee was awful-tasted like soap. Breakfast however, was wonderful.

I was told at check in that I had cancelled my reservation, would get no refund and needed to pay more money to get another room. Total scam! Also the breakfast was awful, pay a little more and stay somewhere else.

Our room is extremely large and the bed was comfortable. However the pillows were not even standard size and we had a king bed. The bathroom shower walls were not clean. There are not enough hooks in the bathroom for towels.

When we arrived the staff was friendly and welcoming when I eventually found someone to check me in. When I got to the room the TV did not work, we requested someone look at it or we could switch room. Hours later I asked the front desk and was only told maintenance never showed up. The shampoo and conditioner bottles had mold, the walls were filthy. The bed was horribly uncomfortable it felt like we were sleeping on a wooden bed frame with a sheet over it. We were told we could have an extra half hour to check out however half an hour before checkout (10:30) someone was knocking on our door so they could start cleaning.

Overall the bed was comfortable but the room was not clean with numerous stains on the carpet, the wall outlets did not work, the AC was loud and screeched when it went in and off and the bathroom was not clean.
