“The Bluebird” (3049 Southerly Way) EV Charger! Come relax by the river in a waterfront bungalow located on the stunning Kiawah River. Just adjacent to the Dunlin Hotel, the Bungalows are a limited collection of eleven furnished boathouses nestled along a quiet creek off the Kiawah River. The spirit of the Bungalows is all about carefree romantic getaways or the ideal jumping off point for authentic Lowcountry adventures from this picturesque riverfront village.

The Bluebird offers a small kitchenette, Keurig style coffee maker, cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, stand-alone ice maker, mini fridge, king bed and walk-in shower with tub. Washer/Dryer is provided. There are 16 steps to enter the 2nd floor property. There is an outdoor shower under the bungalow in the garage. The outdoor porch is a perfect place to take in breathtaking coastal views.

Construction: There are nearby homes under construction. Some construction noise can be heard from the home during working hours. Monday-Friday 7-7. Saturday 8-5. The price reflects this and will increase upon completion.

Kiawah River is a 2,000-acre resort on Johns Island featuring 20 miles of waterfront and walking trails with a 100-acre working farm, luxury hotel, and 9,000 sqft amenity center. Kiawah River is just outside of Kiawah Island located off Betsy Kerrison Parkway and 20 miles from downtown Charleston.

Valentines Day getaway

Property is beautiful just as described. Quiet and peaceful, no noise heard. Bed was comfortable. There is a small gift shop near boat ramp, I didn't discover until our last day. You can schedule a private boat tour and other activities.

Bluebird

Beautiful, efficient bungalow by the Kiawah River. The views are amazing. The only drawback for me is paying a separate daily fee for use of the gym and/or pool.
