O hotel tem uma boa estrutura e a equipe prestativa, principalmente os que trabalham na área do café. No quesito limpeza precisa de mais atenção, pois deixamos o aviso de limpeza e por duas vezes não fomos atendidos, tivemos q ligar para recepção e pedir a troca de toalhas. Infelizmente tivemos hospedados em um período que hotel recebeu 3 delegações de atletas adolescentes, o que causou diversos problemas (som alto, campainha tocando direto, barulho na madrugada) não só conosco, mas outros hóspedes. O problema foi levado a gerência, mas não houve solução. O hotel fica em uma área segura, porém um pouco distante de mercados, farmácia e até mesmo restaurantes. Pra ser sincera, não me hospedaria novamente pelos transtornos e localização.

O hotel é muito bem localizado e próximo à praia. A estrutura é boa e aparenta ser bem nova e conservada. O quarto era confortável. A limpeza adequada. Os funcionários da recepção e da governança foram muito cordiais e prestativos. O café da manhã foi bom, no entanto, percebemos que a equipe que trabalhava no café da manhã não estava muito satisfeita. Muitas mesas sujas acumuladas. Tivemos que esperar um tempo significativo pela limpeza de uma mesa para nós. Os funcionários do café da manhã sempre com cara fechada e resmungando. Demoravam até para repor itens do buffet. Não sei se foi algo pontual que aconteceu nesses dias que estivemos lá, mas foi nítido que algo estava errado. Fora esse ponto estranho, o restante da hospedagem foi tranquila.
