Spartan Hotel

This hotel was built with the concept of modern, stark style like a ship container look. Floors in the dining area were exposed concrete, unfinished look and the ceilings showed the ducts and piping painted black. When we checked in at 2 am, the receptionist was friendly and even came up with us to show how door code entry worked. The room was small, no complimentary water, coffee/tea service. There was only one chair for two persons. The king sized bed was comfortable and room service was excellent. WiFi was adequate but received text messages at the airport when unable to receive them at the hotel. One negative is that we could hear conversations from the adjacent rooms. For a modern hotel, this was surprising in that thicker walls or sound reducing materials were not used to block the noise. Location of the hotel was convenient for walking distance to restaurants and stores. The hotel was located in a safe neighborhood.

Razoável! O quarto é bom, chuveiro bom tbm, porém o café deixou a desejar. O rapaz novinho era super atencioso, educado, mas a moça da cozinha mal educada. A comida acabava rápido e não tinha variedade. Poucos opções das coisas. Nao fazem tapioca, não fazem omelete, coisas básicas que todo hotel faz. Não recomendo o hotel somente pelo café, realmente não é bom.

Sempre que venho a JP eu fico nesse hotel só que dessa vez não gostei muito porque quando cheguei me colocaram no quarto que não tava limpo ou seja do jeito que o hóspede saiu ficou( mais resolveram) , o café da manhã caiu muito , o hóspede é que tem que avisar que acabou pra repor não tem quem veja isso as mesas não tem que recolha o prato que o hóspede deixa quando termina o café acho que tem que colocar mais funcionário para trabalhar pelo menos nós feriados. Sempre elogiei esse hotel mais dessa vez não foi legal

A estadia foi razoável. O chuveiro não esquentava, precisamos tomar banho a noite em um banheiro de outro quart. No outro dia o chuveiro continuou a não funcionar e fomos embora sem tomar banho. No 2º dia o café da manhã por volta de 9 horas não oferecia mais alguns ingredientes. Faltou até leite, depois foi resolvido

Hotel moderno e bem equipado

Foi minha primeira experiência de hospedagem em uma unidade da rede Nord e foi muito positivo. O hotel é moderno, café da manhã de qualidade, ótima localização, fica cerca 5 minutos da praia de Manaíra. Recomendo e pretendo voltar em outras oportunidades.

Avaliação da experiência no Hotel Nord

Infelizmente, minha recente experiência no Hotel Nord foi bastante decepcionante. Logo na chegada, fomos surpreendidos com um apartamento que ainda não havia sido higienizado,algo inaceitável e que demonstra um claro descontrole no acompanhamento dos checkouts e da preparação dos quartos para novos hóspedes. Ao procurar o funcionário da recepção para relatar o problema, fui tratado com grosseria, agressividade e total falta de educação. Ele alegou que estava sozinho e que já havia informado à minha esposa que, caso houvesse algum problema no quarto, deveríamos retornar à recepção para resolver. Sinceramente, me causou estranhamento e indignação a ideia de que a responsabilidade de verificar as condições do apartamento fosse transferida ao hóspede. Isso demonstra total falta de bom senso e preparo por parte do funcionário. Vale destacar que já havíamos nos hospedado anteriormente no hotel e nunca havíamos enfrentado esse tipo de situação. No entanto, nesta estadia, além da má recepção e da falta de organização, o apartamento apresentava um furo na porta, comprometendo totalmente a privacidade dos hóspedes. Precisei improvisar e tampar o buraco com um guardanapo. Algo surreal para qualquer padrão de hospedagem.Para completar, em razão da chuva, havia um vazamento de água no quarto, aparentemente vindo de uma junta de dilatação mal vedada entre os pré-moldados da parede. No café da manhã, o descaso com a manutenção também era visível: uma grande poça d’água se formava no piso.
