The staff at the hotel were warm, charming, and truly beautiful people inside and out. They were genuinely hospitable and always made you feel welcome. The hotel is actually located in Balangan, not Jimbaran as I originally thought, which makes it a bit more tucked away and hidden—a nice surprise if you’re looking for something private and peaceful. The food selections were delicious, with plenty of variety, and the overall atmosphere was laid-back and relaxing. The vibe was perfect for unwinding. My room was spacious and cozy, though I did feel it was missing a proper closet to store clothes, and the TVs could use an upgrade. The pools stayed cool unless they were in direct sunlight, which was refreshing in the daytime but a little chilly at night. The bathroom had an open design, which some may enjoy, but I personally would have preferred it to be enclosed. The only downside to my stay was that because my flight was canceled, I lost one night and was told there would be no compensation for the missed day. While that was disappointing, I decided to let it go so I could enjoy the rest of my stay—and I’m glad I did. Overall, the combination of the staff’s hospitality, the hidden location, and the relaxing vibe made this a memorable experience.

Great breakfast and villas had clean private pools. We didn’t go to any local attractions, but they upgraded us after having trouble with our stay. Would highly recommend for families and couples who want a good experience.

For first timers to Bali this was a great choice for our stay. The property is located not too far from the airport, traffic is what makes the trip longer however once there everything is great. Our room had a private pool which was awesome and we also had the option of going to the main pools when we wanted to. The spa was another favourite we enjoyed the couples treatment. The buffet options provide an alternative to the usual menu which is great for variety. The staff were always friendly and happy to help whenever asked. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The A/C in room was not efficient . Overall our stay was great but the room was hot even with fan. Also transport from hotel itself was a lot more expensive than just ordering a grab.

We had a great stay at Cross Breakers. The resort is beautiful and relaxing, but what really made the experience special was the staff. Sari was the highlight of our mornings—her smile and positive energy were truly uplifting. Angus brought us our coffee each day and kindly helped us find the spa when we got lost. On our first day, a kind server (wish we got his name!) took the time to explain the local currency, which helped us a lot. And Ninda made sure every request we had was taken care of quickly and smoothly. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!

The people at this property were so attentive. Yoga the guy that checked us in on our first night was amazing. He along with the other staff made sure that all of our needs were met. I was so pleased with the villa. It had everything we needed, was beautifully decorated, and super clean. This place looks just like the pictures. We would definitely return if we visit Bali again.

Our stay at the hotel really exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was delightful, offering both a buffet and daily specials that catered to a variety of tastes. The hotel provided so many enjoyable activities, from CrossFit and other training classes to bicycle rentals. We were particularly grateful for the free shuttle to Balangan Beach and the wonderful BBQ buffet we got to savor on Saturday during our weekend stay. The staff here made our experience even more memorable with their kindness and dedication. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, the front office staff welcomed us warmly and explained everything we needed to know. The concierge was so helpful with our luggage and guided us to our room, making us feel right at home. All F&B team went out of their way to be accommodating and friendly—which truly made us feel valued. My partner accidentally left his wallet at the cabana by the main pool, but Budi, the attentive pool attendant, found it and returned it to the reception. It was such a relief and a testament to the wonderful staff here. Also, a heartfelt thank you to Putu and Ugie from housekeeping for leaving us the adorable swan towel with such sweet messages. Our heartfelt gratitude to all the staffs at the hotel. This hotel is the perfect choice for anyone seeking a rejuvenating and delightful escape.
