The outdoors, will call to you with beautiful wide river views perfect for sipping that morning coffee or relaxing in the evening while enjoying splendid sunsets. We have stocked our home with everything you need in the kitchen, and provided all the family friendly items like a beach wagon, beach chairs, games, and even a pack n play. You have a huge open yard on the waterfront to have fun in too. We are close to all the attractions downtown Jacksonville has to offer including the Jaguars football stadium, access to all music shows, events and a view of the famous city skyline. We are close to many museums, state parks, bird watching areas, zoo and gardens, parks, fishing spots, preserves, art museums, boat launches and even a planetarium! Jacksonville offers so much nature as well as culture to explore. Check out the Blue Cypress golf course, boardwalk and playground 10 minutes away, near a boat launch and picnic area.

Please note this is an apartment on a property with another home and quiet hours are observed from 9pm-8am. There is no Washer and Dryer at this property .Also, this listing does require a rental agreement to be signed after booking and ID verification.

Guest is not entitled to a partial or full refund if removed from the Property for a violation of the Agreement. No pets allowed. There are NO PARTIES & NO EVENTS ALLOWED without written permission from the host Guest will be charged what is agreed to be nonpunitive amounts as follows:
$500 for each unauthorized animal. $500 smoking remediation if any smoking in the property. Cost of minimum of one nights stay if late check out beyond 10AM est.
$150/person/day if unauthorized or over the occupancy limit.
The invoiced amount plus $100 (or $100/hr. or a portion thereof for staff hours) for odor removal due to smoke or
otherwise, fines/citations/penalties, replacement of missing/moved items, damages not covered damage waiver,
stains, bed bug treatment, technical support, long-distance phone calls, pay-per-view purchases, tampering with
equipment (pool [a crime], pool alarm, air conditioning, smoke/fire detectors & extinguishers), extra cleaning (including due to illness), and similar
acts & omissions. $500 minimum charge for fixing the plumbing as a result of improper usage. Flushing anything beside toilet paper will cause a backup.

The following additional charges apply to late check outs/early arrivals, assuming we can offer this at all (we often can’t so please never assume this will be allowed):
1 hr or less early arrival or late departure: $50
1-2 hr early arrival/late departure: $100
2-3 hr early arrival/late departure: $200
