Pretty nice for the prove.. will be staying again my next trip :) only reason I gave four stars is because our room was not very dark (black out curtains not long enough) also, there is a small machine hanging up in the room that disperses a flowery scent. Not too big on the smell

The cleaning staff would not change out my towels and it was not communicated to me that I would have to take my towel up to the desk to get fresh towels daily. After working 12 hours the last thing you want to do is have to go change or your towels.

No working bath, show or coffee machine

Arrived after a 10 hour flight plus a 2.5 hour drive. Got our key and got into the room. Went straight to bed, lovely big bed with great pillows. Next morning, time for coffee and shower. Had to microwave coffee as machine not working, plug socket working. Ok shower time, nope water coming out of tap too much to push up shower pipe. Ok bath, nope plug letting out too much water. Hmm we got up and dressed to leave to our next place an apartment. Checked out and reported issues to security who said, 'coffee in reception was better'. Lol got coffee and was given water bottle free, so shrug and left. Can not fault bed and pillows.

After reading reviews of the hotel, I found them a bit average, but then I realized most guests had not experienced Quality Inn, the previous establishment. The new owners have completely remodeled and maintained a very pleasant and affordable hotel my family enjoyed our visit and will absolutely return. A hidden treasure !

The Windsor Inn is a very good property if you're looking for something that is not expensive and with great service. Definitely recommend staying here, if your looking for something more luxury do not book here.
