You'll be 0.2 miles to the Avondale district including Southern Grounds coffee, 2 miles to Riverside, and 15 minutes to Jaguars Stadium. Perfect for spending time with family and friends. We provide you a guest manual with a local's guide including our favorite spots.

Renovated by a local interior designer, you will appreciate every detail. This home is the bottom unit of a duplex with a separate, private entrance. The home is complete with all the cooking ware, dining sets, Keurig coffee maker, fast WIFI, and a record player with classic records for your enjoyment.
The newly renovated bathroom has towels provided for each guest as well as soap, shampoo / conditioner and a blow dryer.
