Located in the Tifton Cove neighborhood, Fairway Breeze is a 3-bedroom condo positioned on the second floor, with a full flight of stairs leading up to the front door. Inside, the layout feels airy and connected, with luxury vinyl plank flooring and comfortable furnishings throughout. The living area opens to a private balcony overlooking the fairways, creating an easy flow between indoor relaxation and outdoor views. An enclosed sunroom adds additional space to unwind, read, or enjoy the natural light.

Kitchen & Dining
The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals at home, along with a dining table for gathering together. Start your mornings with your choice of drip coffee maker or Keurig before heading out for the day. Whether you are preparing a quick breakfast or a full dinner, the kitchen is designed for convenience and ease.

Sleeping Arrangements
This condo comfortably sleeps 6 guests across three bedrooms.
The primary suite features a king bed, flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom offers a king bed, flat-screen TV, and a spacious closet.
The third bedroom includes two twin beds and ample storage.
A second full bathroom with a bathtub serves the additional bedrooms. Fresh bed linens, towels, and bathroom essentials are provided, along with an in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience.

Amenities & Comfort
You will have WiFi, a dedicated workspace, HDTV, air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans to keep the space comfortable year-round. Free parking on premises includes 2 spaces. Self check-in with a keypad allows for a smooth arrival.

Community Access
As part of Sawgrass Golf & Country Club, guests have access to the community pool and the private beach access point. The gated setting offers a sense of privacy while keeping you close to local dining, shopping, golf, and the shoreline.

Please note: This is a second-floor condo with stairs and no elevator. Amenities within Sawgrass Golf & Country Club are limited to the community pool and beach access point only no parking at access point. Does not have a gym.

-Sawgrass Country Club is a private members only club. Club Membership does not extend to guests at any property.
-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details. These items are required to complete your reservation.
