This space is freshly updated at the perfect location. Very clean with a non contact check in! You’re located in a quiet beach neighborhood next to a park and walking distance from coffee shops, stores, restaurants and bars. Less than 5 miles away from Mayo Clinic.

Fully equipped for the perfect getaway with TVs, WIFI and fully stocked kitchen, beach towels, patio with a grill and a fenced backyard providing you privacy.

The Space:
2 Blocks from your beach access!! Fully stocked kitchen including a coffee makers, blender and toaster. Linens will be provided for all beds including the extra air mattress in the master bedroom. Bath and beach towels are also provided as well. A manual will be provided with some of the local favorite spots!
1st Floor: Kitchen, Living/Dining area, half bathroom
2nd Floor: 1 Queen bed with a private balcony, Shared Jack and Jill Full bathroom with a tub, 1 bunk bed with full and twin and an air mattress. Easily accommodate large group up to 8
3rd Floor: Spacious primary Bedroom with a King sized bed and a double shower and double vanity includes a private balcony

Directly across the street is Huguenot Park with tennis courts, basketball courts, a playground and a pond. There is a Whole Foods .3 miles away along with many restaurants, stores, and nail salons in the area. Half a mile to the local favorite coffee shop, Bold Bean.

Getting Around:
If you would like to rent bikes (our favorite way to get around) or surfboards, you can call Beach Bike rentals. They will bring them right to you!
We also have a free service at the beach called Beach Buggy. An app where they will pick you up and take you anywhere at the beach for any tip! It's a very convenient way to get around the beaches!

Perfect location and amazing property

Great house! Good location across from park especially if u have kids or dogs. Short easy walk to beach! Comfy couches and beautiful bathrooms. The shower in master is AMAZING!! Would stay again

Work hard play hard!
We needed to have a working meeting with 5 people from our company. We wanted a nice space to be able to collaborate and also socialize. It was the perfect space for all of that and more. We added in early morning walks on the beach and nice dinners out. It was the perfect location and the host was awesome!

Excellent in most respects
The property was excellent in most respects: great location, spacious, nicely decorated. A few negative comments: 1. It’s impossible to open the dishwasher without also opening the refrigerator door, and even then it’s very difficult. (The two are at right angles with each other.) 2. The television is one of those “smart TVs” that doesn’t have cable coverage but instead requires you to use some other subscription that you have. I had to run off to Best Buy to get an HDMI cable so that I could watch MLB playoffs. 3. There are 2-1/2 bathrooms. The listing says three. 4. There are no screens on the windows. Bugs invaded on one occasion.

Quick family trip to the beach
Great home with plenty of space for my family. The master suite and bathroom was beautiful. We loved that it was just a short little walk to the beach. Coco was great with communication while still allowing our privacy. Check-in and check out process was super easy. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

Our stay was amazing. This was my first trip to Jacksonville Beach. The rental was clean and very nice. The neighbors were so nice. It was an extremely short walk to the beach with an amazing little park across from the rental for those that don’t like the beach all day. It is a short drive to any restaurant. I would definitely stay there again

Great location and beautiful place!
We had the best time! The place is very functional and nice and the location could not be better! Very easy walk to the beach. Playground and park right across the street. Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Publix, CVS all right around the corner. Coco was super communicative and helpful. All around an excellent stay!!

Down time at the beach
We came to property after doing quite a bit of driving in need of a couple days at the beach. The house was so close to the beach (4 minute walk) and anything else you needed. My only recommendation would be a curtain for the slider and some decent beach chairs. Our stay was perfect from booking to check out! Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful home.
