As soon as you walk in this hotel, you are met with a musty odor that unfortunately is throughout the entire hotel. We were stuck in a bad situation and had to stay, otherwise I would have left and went home if I was able, instead of staying here. The room smelled like mildew. The sconce lamp on the wall fell off as soon as i attempted to turn it on. The blanket on the bed smelled like disgusting body odor, l had to call the front desk for a clean blanket and had to go to the front desk to get it because no one would bring it to me. Had to call the front desk with my cell phone because the phone in the room did not even work. All 3 floors had broken ice machines. I did thoroughly inspect the matress for bed bugs before sleeping in it and was surprised I didn't find any. I did not use the shower in the morning because even the water stunk! I did not check out the free breakfast because why would I? Id be afraid to eat anything! The hotel needs to shut down and remodel completely! Worse place I ever stayed! Do not stay here!

Room smelled badly of cigarette smoke. Desk staff said it was from people smoking outside. Explain to me how that much of a strong cigarette smell comes into a room from the outside? When it’s closed off by two doors plus a room door and on the second level? It’s -16 degrees outside with wind shield factored in. An old receipt was found in the bedding. Bath tub had dirty stains in it. Mold was most likely painted over. Breakfast was terrible. Bread and stale muffins and bagels. Most hotels Laundry and linens smell like bleach and cleaners. Nothing smelled clean. Sketchy area had someone sleeping in their car in the parking lot hiding under a blanket with Minnesota plates that were expired. Very uncomfortable place. I don’t recommend. Stay at the Hilton, Hyatt or Wyndham. Quality inn was next door and looked just as sketchy.

Worst experience ever mold everywhere. The whole hotel stunk so bad it got into my clothes. I had to go straight into the wash as soon as I got home. This hotel should not be open till the public until serious issues are fixed Not to mention the picture in the front of the hotel said Hampton and it was not a Hampton. I would like a refund how do I go about that?
