We had booked this property for an emergency last minute trip (at an inflated rate due to events in the area).
When we arrived there were construction workers throwing a party in the parking lot , and as we walked to our room the bass was echoing throughout the halls of the building. Our room was directly above where they were hanging out and due to the hotel being booked up we were unable to be moved.
The front desk assured us that “quiet hours start at 8pm” and that “they are usually in bed by 8:30pm” so we accepted that.
8:30pm came and went and the music continued thumping until at least 11pm.
The second night we were there we could hear every person in their rooms in our hallway, including screaming children directly on the other side of the wall. The soundproofing at this property is non existent.
All in all, not a bad place in a pinch if you are paying normal rates, but we paid far too much for the experience we ended up having.
