It was snowing outside and there was no heat in the room. The carpet was stained and unvaccumed. Debris all over the carpet. There was urine on the toilet seat and feces on the bowl. Cleaning supplies were left on the dresser. Even the curtains had stains on them. The TV was missing a cable cord so it was not operational. They agreed to move me to another room which was just as dirty but at least there was heat. Although the TV also did not work. I definitely would not recommend this hotel. I give this hotel zero stars.

The first room I was given was already occupied by another person. The second room had NO HEAT. When i let the staff know, I was informed that its an old building, with new maitence workers. No other remedies.

No breakfast as advertised

It was clean and comfortable. We didn't get a breakfast as stated when booked. That was a main reason for staying as to avoid going to a restaurant elsewhere in the morning.
