The only downside of this particular hotel is the lack of an iron in the room. As someone who travels frequently around the world, I've stayed in numerous hotels, particularly with chains like IHG, Marriott, Wyndham, Ramada, and Hyatt. These hotels consistently provide an iron in the room, which is especially important for travelers, whether they are there for leisure or business. Business travelers, in particular, need to prepare for meetings and events in proper attire, and having an iron in the room is essential for this. It was quite inconvenient to find that the only iron available was in the lobby, requiring me to take all my clothes downstairs to iron and then bring them back up. I strongly suggest that the hotel consider providing an iron in every room to improve the guest experience, especially for those visiting for business purposes. I will not be booking any more with your hotel, it's better to find another one that provide iron box in every room.

Hotel aparentemente novo, é de rede, esperava mais, quarto com ar condicionado apenas no frio, não possuía a opção de aquecedor nem mesmo opção de mudar de temperatura, ficava apenas no 24º C, em uma região de frio, não faz sentido, pegamos 12º a 17º C durante a estadia, com um quarto que não tinha aquecedor, tivemos que solicitar edredom, nem mesmo foram solicitos de levar até o apartamento. Estacionamento bem apertado, mas funciona. Quarto estava com sujeira na pia do banheiro, foi mal limpo e as janelas do quarto com mofo de umidade, bem como o box também, sem contar o ralo que não descia água. Lixeiras sem tampa tanto no banheiro como no quarto. Quarto até era silencioso, mas se o pessoal do quarto do lado conversasse no banheiro dava de ouvir tudo, tinha que fechar a porta do banheiro. Café da manhã estava bom. O hotel em si não é ruim, mas não vale o preço que cobram.

O hotel só tinha um quarto disponível, pois cheguei sem reservar com antecedência. Cobraram um valor 5 vezes maior do que a tarifa regular, e aceitei porque a cidade estava com evento e os hotéis cheios. O chuveiro não funcionava (e estava bem frio na cidade), a toalha do banheiro extremamente desgastada (tirei até uma foto), quase rasgada. Esperei até o dia seguinte para ver se o chuveiro voltava a esquentar, o que não ocorreu, me obrigando a tomar banho gelado. A cortina/blackout do quarto estava com um dos lados bem descascado, permitindo a entrada de claridade. A TV não tinha nenhum canal sintonizado ou conexão a cabo funcionando. Por último, a iluminação do quarto era fraca. Foi uma experiência terrível, por um preço de hotel 5 estrelas.

Camas com colchao afundado, no quarto que ficamos, parecia que a janela estava aberta, zero acustica. Unico ponto positivo é o senhor que atende no bar, muito prestativo. Cardapio do bar é bem servido, mas o preco é bem salgado. No check-in, nós dissemos boa noite e a atendente nem respondeu, respostas curtas e rispidas. No check-out nao foi diferente. Café da manha bom, mas as funcionarias com umas caras que pareciam que estavam ali fazendo um favor. Ja ficamos hospedados nesse hotel por varias vezes e percebemos que nao está havendo muita manutencao.

Sim, o quarto estava todo desarrumado pela segunda vez. Mau humor das recepcionistas, reclamamos do quarto disseram que precisava ir na recepção pra buscar outra chave, recepção estava vazia e elas estavam em duas, travesseiro sem fronha, me hospedo sempre lá, nunca me cobraram estacionamento, queriam me cobrar e sem manobrista, por fim estava frio pedimos um edredom e tivemos que buscar pois não poderia levar, muito ruim o hotel pelo preço que cobram, próxima vez vou vou experimentar outro com certeza
