O atendimento da recepção foi atencioso, destacando-se como um ponto positivo durante a estadia. No entanto, a acomodação deixou a desejar: o quarto era razoável, mas a cama e os travesseiros eram desconfortáveis, o que comprometeu a qualidade do sono. Os corredores apresentavam carpete com aspecto de sujo e um cheiro perceptível de mofo, causando uma impressão desagradável. O café da manhã, embora de boa qualidade, tinha poucas opções, o que poderia ser aprimorado para atender a diferentes preferências. No geral, o serviço foi satisfatório, mas há pontos que precisam de melhorias para tornar a experiência mais agradável.

Hotel bem localizado e equipamentos do quarto funcionam bem (chuveiro, ar condicionado, etc). O Shopping Gracher funciona no mesmo local e dá algumas opções para refeições rápidas. Muitos problemas com o elevador que só funcionou por 2 dos 4 dias de estadia, apesar de estar apenas nos corredores, o carpete é muito velho, ruim para alérgicos. O estacionamento fica nos pisos superiores do shopping e motoristas não experientes certamente terão dificuldades para estacionar. Isso é fácil de ser observado pelo grande número de riscos/rasuras nas paredes!
