"Great stay at Taj Bangalore – perfect for avoiding traffic! Choosing to stay at the Taj Bangalore was a great decision to avoid stress and traffic on the day of departure. It is practically right at the airport, which made things so easy. The hotel and the rooms were excellent. We didn't have enough time to try out the outdoor pool but it looked great! The staff was very helpful everywhere we went, from the front desk to the restaurant and luggage team. As a huge bonus, they even assisted us over at the airport all the way to the security check-in. Happy to recommend the hotel!"

"One of the best stays we have ever had and easily beating the best hotels we have experienced across multiple countries in the Western Hemisphere. The concierge staff and front desk are ridiculously professional and go out of their way to personalize our stay (shoutout to Urvashi, Lengoi and Simran). The staff at Quattro is next level. Shoutout to Anuj, Yasir and Kaushal for being such excellent hosts and ensuring we had such excellent breakfast and dining experiences throughout our stay. Shoutout to Nikhil for going above and beyond to deliver one of the best lunch experiences at Lotus Oriental. "One of the best hotel stays I have ever had. We had a long stay and the experience was at the highest standards throughout. The rooms are spacious and extremely well designed allowing us to store a lot of luggage without the bags getting in the way. In fact we had enough space to do yoga everyday am before breakfast right in the room. The concierge team takes great care to get to know their guests and personalize the experience. Shoutout to Chef Utsha for the amazing avocado toasts she specifically made on request going above and beyond. Shoutout to the entire team at Cosmo for always setting the highest standards in customer service (and chasing me down when I forgot my phone :-))."

"Everything is up to the mark.Had booked executive studio which has a two bedroom configuration.Had a very comfortable stay with my husband and two children.Food is delicious and buffet spread is expansive.Swimming pool and kids play area keeps the children entertained.There are many well-planned activities ongoing throughout the day.Spa service was relaxing and awesome.Its a perfect gateway for 2-3 days.We left wanting for more."

"The Four Seasons Bengaluru provided the best hotel service we have ever experienced. Every member of staff was professional, warm and attentive. The team upgraded a family member to a suite and later moved us to another suite to better suit our needs. Returning each day genuinely felt like coming home. Special thanks to Anupam, Rajiv, Nithesh, Sajjad, Chandini, Gopika, Vishnu, Sumi, Iftekhar, Chef Channi, Chef Soham, Chef Vivek and the Executive Pastry Chef. Chef Soham’s food was outstanding, Anupam’s bespoke watermelon-mint cocktail was delicious, and Nithesh looked after us wonderfully in the Club Lounge. Thank you to Anil, Dhanu, Chaity, Shrujan, Roshan and Chandrika at the Front Desk; Girish, Soumen and Akoi at the pool and spa; Vijay, Wantri, Georgen and Kanu from housekeeping; Rebeka, Kimi, PC, Jenny and Sonali at the Lobby Lounge; and Jacintha, Lakshmi, Spens, Estelphida and Palak on the chat team.
