Our stay at the Mula hotel was an excellent choice. The cleanliness was impeccable — the rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and fresh. The location was ideal, placing me within easy walking distance of many major attractions, shops, and local restaurants, while still being tucked away enough to enjoy a peaceful night’s sleep. Public transportation was also very accessible, making it easy to explore the city. The staff truly made the stay exceptional. They were warm, professional, and always eager to help — whether it was offering local tips, assisting with transportation, or ensuring we had everything we needed.

Overall my stay at Mula hotel was very good. Their customer service is not so great. We were locked out from our rooms before checkout time. Our rooms were not refilled properly at all times ie cups, glasses and water. Bins were left out around the property, which was not a pleasant sight or smell.

The Mula Hotel is a beautiful, modern hotel, the features and characteristics of the hotel are charming, elegant and very pretty. We enjoyed a wonderful stay for 6 nights, the staff and the service we received deserve 10 stars! They were amazing, the quality and high standards were maintained throughout our stay. The food at the Mula Hotel restaurant was simply outstanding! It is rare to find such a hotel which ticks all the boxes. We stayed at the Blue Mosque Suite and thoroughly enjoyed breakfasts and sunset evenings on the beautiful balcony with wonderful views of the Blue Mosque. The hotel is ideally located, overlooking the Sea of Marmara, the waterfront coastal promenade and historic landmark tourist sites are all a short walk from the hotel. The Mula hotel is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at and would highly recommend to anyone booking a holiday in Istanbul.
I stayed at the Blue Mosque Suite, which provides a very spacious balcony, with an impressive view of the Blue Mosque. Not noisy, very peaceful, perfect place to relax & take it all in, definitely added to my stay in Istanbul.

I liked the fact that they were very welcoming and had gifts ready in the room when you checked in and as you checked out. It was also very clean. However the photos seem misleading as it does not look the way it does on photos. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, including directions.

We stayed at Mula hotel for 5 nights and enjoyed it very much. The room was comfortable, clean and had a nice partial view of the sea. Breakfast had a very good variety of foods and the overall service was very good. We also had lunch at the restaurant and enjoyed it very much. For our departure from Istanbul I wanted a reliable transportation source for the transfer from the hotel to the airport, and rather than using Uber or Bitaksi, the hotel made arrangements for a private car transfer for €120. The car arrived 15 minutes later than scheduled and had no air conditioning. After 5 minutes of driving the driver told us he had to make a stop for charging the EV. This turned out to be a detour of over 20 minutes. After resuming the drive the A/C was on for a few minutes and then turned off (I suppose the battery was low again). It caused us to arrive at the airport sweaty and much later than we had scheduled for, and had to rush through check-in and security. Unfortunately this spoiled an otherwise very nice stay and I cannot recommend the transfer services of the hotel.
