This is our second time staying here and it did not disappoint yet again. It is a great hotel! Location is perfect, close to everything, only short walk to Bazaars, Sultanamet, gardens, Bosporus. Both train and tram nearby. While it is in the heart of everything it is very quiet. Lots of restaurants around the hotel too. Staff are amazing and so helpful. Breakfast has so much choice and was delicious. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again. You won't be disappointed if you stay here!

All the staff very friendly and very helpfull. Ilyass was realy great by helping me to book transport for me and my family. He was great at showing me how to get to places using public transport . Bourhan was very helpfull as well great service . The food was great as well, the buffi has different food wich makes it easy for everyone to find something to eat .
