Su familia y amigos querr��n regresar una y otra vez a esta hermosa casa para disfrutar de las vistas frente al mar, camino privado a la playa, patio cercado, porche y 2 niveles de cubiertas para disfrutar de las mejores vistas del amanecer frente al mar. La amplia sala de estar incluye un gran televisor de pantalla plana, reproductor de DVD y CD, 2 sof�������s y 2 sillas mullidas, además de una mesa de desayuno para 4 personas. La cocina abierta cuenta con encimeras de mármol con asientos en la isla para 3 personas, refrigerador grande de acero inoxidable con dispensador de hielo y dispensador de agua y la cocina está completamente equipada para todas sus necesidades de cocina y comedor. Otras características incluyen una gran área de comedor para 8, pisos de madera a trav�����s de primer nivel, internet inal������mbrico, gran porche, ducha al aire libre, parrilla de gas, paseo marítimo privado, estacionamiento cubierto y baño adicional en el primer piso (sólo ducha). Great location! The house was perfect for a large family on a rainy weekend. We played games, enjoyed the porches, and enjoyed the views of the beach when it was raining. We all want to return when the sun is shining.

Great for families

It was wonderful to be close to the beach with little kids and the house was well-stocked with kitchen supplies, books, and games.

Great for family gathering for holiday

Great home and location for family to gather and spend holiday. Amazing views and porches. All spaces were very clean! Kitchen and living area were nicely updated - beds/bedrooms could use a little refresh. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again! Thank you!!

October Friend Reunion

We had an excellent stay at the property. It was the perfect site & size for us to host a reunion of friends. Check in process was easy and the home was convenient to other things to do in IOP. Something we will definitely consider again in the future.

We had one problem this year....the recyclables had not been collected for at least one week before we arrived and were not collected during the week that we were on-site. We would rent this house again.

The unit is well supplied with games and kitchen supplies. The house did come with problems. The first couple days it rained constantly which resulted in the bourse being surrounded by water. You had to wade through the water to go in or out. The view is wonderful.

Reviewer Comments: No ocean view from main floor. Master bedmatteress excellent! Ice maker didn’t work for 10 days! This was our biggest complaint!!! Instructions needed with each TV some never worked even after cable guy came. Kitchen was unusually terrifically stocked with everything! Great for a family with children. Only one wash cloth and hand towels in kitchen. I recommend new master bedspread..... Hope this helps! Extremely clean upon arrival!

Great Beach House

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family had a wonderful time at this lovely beach house. The beachfront location is excellent, and we spent a lot of our time enjoying the screened-in porch. A few additional pros for us were: very nice kitchen space that was well-stocked with any cookware and supplies we needed; brand-new gas grill; outdoor deck shower (with hot water!); beautifully-landscaped back yard with easy beach access. A few cons for us were: - the carpet on the second floor should be replaced (seemed old and dirty to us), as well as some of the area rugs throughout the house- some of the furniture could be updated (particularly the living rooms couches and the master bedroom headboard) - the door going to the screened-in porch is difficult and noisy to open/closeOverall, we had an enjoyable stay and would consider renting this house again if some updates were made.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The views from the house are incredible and just a few short steps to the ocean make it a perfect choice. It was very clean with plenty of bath towels. The kitchen, all the bathrooms, and most of the downstairs appear to be recently updated. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, lots of utensils and plenty of serving dishes. The one thing I might mention is that the bedroom furnishings could stand some updating although the beds were comfy. I was a little disappointed that the house did not come with any beach towels or beach chairs. For an oceanfront home, these things seem like a must. We rented chairs from a company that set them up and took them down everyday for us so that was nice. Overall, this is a great house with an incredible location.
