This Isle of Palms beach house is one of our most luxurious rental properties and is the perfect spot for your next vacation! Situated less than 5 minutes walking to the beach via access paths at either 23rd or 25th Avenue, it seamlessly blends the desire for a new, contemporary home with a relaxing, coastal vibe.
The expansive main floor offers an open floorplan, ideal for entertaining and spending time with friends and family. The spacious living room, which contains comfortable seating and large flat-screen TV, is enhanced by modern features like large windows, coffered ceiling and ship-lap walls. The chef's kitchen is truly one to admire! Some of its highlights are the generous butler's pantry, new gas range, wine cooler, dual ovens, gorgeous cabinetry and countertops, a farmhouse sink, and a huge central island with four additional bar breakfast stools. The dining area has a farmhouse table with seating for ten.
The primary bedroom, which is also located on the main level of the home, offers a king bed and private bathroom with double sinks, shower, and soaking tub. Adjacent to the primary bedroom is an office complete with working desk and loveseat with pull out. For convenience, there is a powder room (half-bath) and laundry room off these main living spaces.
There are three bedrooms located on the second floor of the home. The second and third bedrooms each have a queen bed, and the large fourth bedroom features a king bed, a set of twin bunk beds, and a sitting area. There are two full bathrooms, accessed via the hallway on this second level, for shared use.
Moving down to the basement level of the home, guests can find the fifth (and final) bedroom as well as the entertainment area. The bedroom on this level contains a queen size bed and private bathroom. Enjoy the extra living room with a flat screen TV, ping pong, foosball, and small wet bar. There is a second laundry room on this level, perfect for gathering towels after a day at the beach.
Heading outside, the beautiful oak trees are nestled all around. The upper deck is perfect to enjoy a meal outside. There is a grill as well as an outdoor dining area for year-round enjoyment. There is also a screened in porch with comfortable seating and outdoor TV. The lower outdoor patio deck is one of the most special areas of the home. It features a covered outdoor bar area with counter stools, a porch swing for lazy afternoons, and a seating area, ideal for late night conversations and taking in the salty air. Step out into the backyard oasis to enjoy a swim in the new private pool or improve your golf skills on the new the putting green!
Because of its central location on the island, you can also walk to the grocery store or local shops & island restaurants! And to round out your vacation in the LowCountry, the Isle of Palms is just a quick 30 minute drive from historic Charleston, famous for incredible shopping, galleries, antique stores, museums, the South Carolina Aquarium, horse-drawn carriage rides, historic landmarks, and sumptuous dining.

Perfect House and Location
We have rented other homes for the week but this was our favorite. The house was so roomy and very clean. I loved the butler’s pantry and shelves for food we brought in. The pool was salt water and we enjoyed the shade over it for half day. Plus, the two washers and dryers were wonderful to keep up with laundry and pool towels

The home and outdoor space is lovely-which is why we chose it and paid a ton of money. However the pool did not heat up any of the three days we were there and so unfortunately changed the nature of our trip.

Wonderful stay on IOP
My family stayed this Thanksgiving in this wonderful house and enjoyed the well appointed kitchen and pantry. The house was clean and well maintained. I would hesitate to stay again having seen the amenities the house offered but weren't allowed. In particular not having access to both the garage door code and the elevator (not disclosed in listing so I wasn't aware there was one) made it difficult to bring anything in or out of the house. Like most houses in this location the house has a lot of steps to get to the main entrance. The porch I'm sure is great in the summer but during the winter months its fully shaded both morning and afternoon, the only part of the property getting any direct sun is the driveway. The basement was a great space for us to enjoy (love the ping pong table) and more than made up for the limited seating in the main living room. Overall a great house and definitely would consider staying again.

We were traveling for a family wedding and found this great house on Isle Of Palms. The house is amazing, spacious, and had every amenity you could imagine. Game room for the kids, large space for family brunch gathering (20+) and a gorgeous backyard. We loved our stay and would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxurious place to stay.

The property was great, very clean, well optioned, appointed, and maintained. Lots of great functional features, and details made staying at the house very enjoyable. Kitchen area very versatile. A very roomy floorplan from top to bottom that was easy to navigate, and spread out. So many different hang out areas throughout the house (inside and out!) for the family to enjoy. Everyone had space to roam! Just one side note,...Thought there could have been more seating capacity/options in the main Livingroom area to accommodate more folks, (maybe a big sectional would work!), but for sure not a deal breaker. Enjoyed our week at the house, and would highly recommend. Thank you!
