Wonderful Get Away

Clean, cozy and perfect setup for two. The location was ideal with nice view of the beach and quick walk to get there. Rental management was very good at communicating. Would definitely recommend and hope to return.

We loved IOP!!!

The pictures are exactly like the condo was. We had a wonderful time with the Condo, Beach and Pool. There is lots to do within a short drive. Take a carriage tour and harbor tour in Charleston, SC. We loved the Condo and it was very spacious.

Check in-check out was super easy and the unit was in very nice shape. About a 20 minute drive to Charleston,two golf courses to choose from and of course the ocean right outside your back door.

The condo is clean and location is perfect! We loved the new decor. We also appreciate Island Realty. The staff is so nice, so helpful, and on the rare times we've experienced a problem it was addressed promptly.

Everything is provided, but there is no clutter so it remains neat with room enough for your own belongings. We had a terrific visit with spectacular weather for three of our four days there even in November! There are wonderful restaurants close by, and we enjoyed walking all over the island!

This was an upgrade at no cost to us,which turned out beautifully. The reservation process as well as check in and check out went smoothly. We would book thru Island Realty again in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is amazing. The views are spectacular. The condo comes furnished with all your needs. I recommend bringing extra toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. The owners obviously take pride in their oceanfront beach home. The bed was very comfortable. The couch and chairs were comfortable also. The screened in back porch was perfect. Here is my complaint, it is a major one. Our a/c would not work properly. We had to go buy fans at Lowe's. We have a 5 month old that was overheating in the condo. The temperature had gotten up to 84 in the small condo. We had opened up all Windows. My poor child was sweaty and crying because she was so hot. I felt helpless. After the 3rd time calling after hours, I finally had to use some very strong ugly language. I was fed up. Around 8pm. Finally, someone came. The condenser was plugged up. After that the a/c worked wonderful. 2 days of our vacation was ruined.

2024 Port O Call B101 stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The experience was great. The unit was well equipped and nicely furnished. Loved the layout of the unit. The highlight was the screened porch with great views and privacy. One suggestion-the high top table was great for eating outside but some comfortable sitting chairs would have been a plus. Two small ones might fit along with the high top. Island Realty was great. We will rent through them again. Probably the most helpful and professional company we have ever experienced. I will recommend Island Realty and this property to friends.

Reviewer Comments: Thanksgiving family holiday special for many 2023 the furniture was mismatched eclectic that’s okay two separate entrances into wild dunes a bit confusing to visitors when one guard gate does not speak to the other as one is with Hyatt hotel the other with local wild dunes overall good except the common picnic grille area was dissatisfying as it was far away from the condo and the grille was not cleaned. The condo was super well provisioned! Windows needed screens and the steps to the beach were loaded with burs so new mats would be great. Kitchen well stocked thank you beautiful place and we honeymooned close to here 17 years ago we love it!
