"I had a quiet, clean, cozy fall mom getaway in Martha's country cottage. Everything I needed -- comfortable couch and beds, outdoor tables, indoor tables for working and writing and doing small puzzles -- for a little getaway. Surrounded by green, with the only sounds the distant hum of 116 and birds and squirrels.I did lots of cooking, and found enough pans and utensils and spices to make it easy. A fun collection of ceramics for dining, too. Be sure to check out the little town of Graton. And take advantage of the Joe Rodota Trail, which is perfect on a cloudy fall day. There's a parking lot in town; I walked from there to Ross (where there's another parking lot) and back. Trees and grapes and apples. Even a walk-in tasting room!"

"We so enjoyed our stay at this house. The luxurious walk-in showers, the chef's kitchen, the relaxing back deck - we didn't want to leave. And even more impressive was the communication - Suyi and her local hospitality manager, Nicole, were super responsive to questions both before our trip and during. They accommodated a request, which we greatly appreciated. And Nicole was super responsive when we had to puzzle something out with the grill. I would give their communication score a 6 out of 5! "

"The property is beautiful and well cared for. The japanese bathhouse is very special and our group loved spending time there. The pickleball courts and provided paddles/balls were also a hit with everyone. Walking around the property was wonderful as was using the provided firewood to build a fire in the outdoor fireplace. The kitchen was also well stocked with equipment and we didn't find ourselves missing anything. The beds and linens were also very comfortable and luxurious. Overall, clearly a well-designed and special property. "

"Very comfortable home. Feels new. Loved the large great room. Enjoyed fireplace and sitting outside in back. Upscale shower, gas stove. Super quiet neighborhood, easy to get to beach or just cruise around through Russian river area. Probably due for a kitchen equipment replenish, not quite enough dishes for our group. Couldn't locate a blender. Overall the kitchen was beautiful and had everything we expected. Called zipstay for help with a shower issue, very prompt with addressing our misunderstanding and was ready to help with anything. Problem was only a user error. One of our best rentals. We enjoyed our stay."
