Welcome! Serene on Sonning has 3-bedrooms, 2-bathrooms, and can sleep 14 guests! With comfortable furnishing, a fully-equipped kitchen, and onsite laundry we are sure you will feel “at home.” Conveniently located just minutes from restaurants and shops, 15 minutes to the Zoo, and 20 minutes to the University of South Carolina! Guests will enter through the front door using a digital keypad. Once inside, the formal living and the dining room will be to your right and straight ahead down the hall is the family room. In the living room you will find a desk with office chair and a sofa bed. The dining room has a beautiful large farm table with two benches and two chairs. Just off the living room is the fully-equipped kitchen with an extra dining table and four chairs. The laundry room and garage are just off the kitchen. In the family room you will find another sofa bed, two arm chairs, and a large SmartTV. Please note, the fireplace in this room is not functional, but we think it adds to the charm in the home! The 3 bedrooms are to the left of the entrance. The first bedroom on the right is the master bedroom with two full-size beds and an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has plenty of cabinet and storage space as well as a standup shower. Straight down the hallway is the second full bathroom. In here you will find a shower/tub combo. To the left of the hall bathroom are the last two bedrooms. These bedrooms have a king size bed in one, and a full bed plus twin over twin bunk in the other room. Out back, you will find a large deck with a bistro set and grill. ***A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.***
