Some areas a bit grubby - lift. Squeaky floorboards in corridor level 2 woke me up in the night. However breakfast and service was excellent.Small clean pool but ok and the sauna was roasting!

Amazing Hospitality

We had a lovely stay in Inverness, very welcoming, clean, comfortable, couldn't ask for more. The dog was made welcome too, her first time in a hotel and she loved it.

Have stayed here a few times over the last few years.Staff are great.room & whole place is I`m afraid old fashioned dated but clean warm & comfy,breakfast really good.Only thing that lets it down is the pool area which has got shabbier every time we visit.This time there was a smell in the changing rooms,showers didn`t work and very run down.It could be a lovely area with a little TLC.won`t be back for this reason.Nicer Hotels in town for the same price.Reason we came for because of the pool but only used it once.

It is an old building that would really benefit from some updating. The staff was extremely friendly and professional. Wash clothes would be a nice addition to the bathrooms.

Place is a bit worn, kind of quirky. Felt, somehow, somewhat more "authentic" and certainly not corporate. Very friendly and helpful staff. Close enough to Inverness Center to walk (though not with luggage).

Wow! Lovely staff but hotel rooms where from the 80’s and very poor . Double bed I had had two levels to it and rooms where so dated and stuffy . Would not recommend Travelodge’s Are a step up !!

Overpriced, badly in need of refurbishment, old fasioned decoration, photos are misleading, breakfast in dingy back room and not in the conservatory as photographed. Bathroom door did not close properly because of water damage. In the lift, none of the buttons lit up. It was a relief to leave. Staff helpful and excellect location and parking but would definitely not stay there again.
