This property was the best. We were able to check in early and found the room clean, quiet and appointed with all you could require. Extra touches were seen throughout. The bathroom was newly remodeled, carpet appeared new, space was generous with a small sitting area. The walk downtown was about a mile where you could access shopping, restaurants and a nice walk by the Loch Ness River. We would recommend this location to all!

It was an amazing hotel. I’ve stayed in many hotels, but it’s not easy to fit such comfort—especially a great bed and a well-designed shower into such a small room. I genuinely had a five-star hotel experience here. It was truly wonderful. The host was very friendly and welcoming. I wish them all the best and continued success in their future. We loved our cute room! Unfortunately there was no breakfast but this was ok since we left early for a tour. You’re situated in a neighborhood and kind of get the real feel of a community! It was further from downtown Inverness than I wanted especially since we were hauling luggage. Overall a nice stay.

Character property with plenty of parking space, not far to walk to town. I stayed in a single room (which had a double bed) and a larger double room which also had larger bathroom and little extras in comparison. Can't fault the property, it was clean with good quality bedding and towels, and the fixtures and fittings new and of high standard. The beds were very comfortable and you couldnt hear the other guests in their rooms so managed to have a peaceful stay.
