Everything was great here. We only stayed one night but the room was clean and the staff was great. The bartender in the lounge was very nice and chatted with us a bit about local attractions and gave great suggestion.

My only critique is that the doors to the rooms are EXTREMELY heavy. I am in my 50's and have MS. It was very difficult for my to open the door. When I finally got it open it kept pushing on me trying to close. Every entry and exit was a battle.

A nice clean hotel with friendly staffing. Our room was clean & the beds comfortable. There’s a nice patio area outside by the river which we were lucky enough to have sun to sit in. Our only complaint was the noise from the room upstairs above ours. You could hear every footstep.

This hotel was clean and the breakfast was excellent and it was extremely convenient. We were able to walk to a variety of restaurants and the Marks & Spencer. There was a mini fridge in the room and the room was immaculate. We took the hop on hop off bus tour which was also convenient. We would highly recommend this hotel, and we would stay there again.

The street leading into the hotel was lined with what appeared to be abandoned buildings with graffiti walls. Our room would have rated higher if the slanted walls on either side of the window didn't reduce the size of the room. You couldn't sit by the window without hitting your head. A missed opportunity would have been to take advantage of a cushioned window seat. We did appreciate the view of the river however.
